These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.allurebyrushi.com and purchases from Apricity Forever LLC d/b/a Allure Jewelry by Rushi (“Allure,” “we,” “us”). By browsing or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You agree that the information you provide at checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
2. Products
Our jewelry is fashion / costume jewelry unless a listing expressly states otherwise. Many pieces are one of a kind. Colors, stones, and finishes may vary slightly from photos due to lighting and screen settings. Product descriptions, measurements, and photos on the site are the best available representation at the time of listing.
When a unique piece sells, it may remain on the site as Past Work for inspiration and is not available to repurchase.
3. Orders & pricing
An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, inventory error, or if we cannot fulfill it. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice until an order is accepted. If we cancel, we will notify you and refund any amount charged.
4. Payment
Payment is collected at checkout through Shopify and its payment providers. You authorize us (and those providers) to charge the payment method you provide for the order total, including taxes and any paid shipping you select.
5. Shipping
Orders ship from Canton, Michigan. Standard shipping within the United States is complimentary. Express and international rates, if offered, are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier receives the package. See our Shipping policy for processing times and details.
6. Returns, exchanges & store credit
We do not offer cash refunds except where required by law. Eligible returns are exchanges or store credit only, as described in our Refund policy. Custom and clearance items are final sale. You are responsible for reading that policy before you buy.
7. Custom and made-to-order work
Custom design, stone, color, or sizing changes cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned once accepted, except as required by law. Made-to-order pieces cannot be canceled after the first 24 hours of the order. Lead times are listed on the product page.
8. Intellectual property
The Allure Jewelry by Rushi name, logos, photos, and site content are owned by Apricity Forever LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them for commercial purposes without written consent.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use the site to break the law, interfere with the store, harvest customer data, or submit false orders. We may refuse service or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The site and products are provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by Michigan and US law, Allure is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Some states do not allow certain limitations. If those laws apply to you, some of the above may not apply, and you may have additional rights.
11. Privacy
How we collect and use information is described in our Privacy policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, except where prohibited by law.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
